I did a video showing how I start modeling the human figure in SketchUp. This is Sam a character in Fuel & Fire, you can read about her in an earlier post (here).
To do next:
- Integrate the items that need to be wielded – arm to torso, legs to torso.
- Strange bulges on her legs will turn into pockets and pouches.
- All the other details that are outlined in the sketch I posted earlier.
- Her head will come later, I have some ideas about her face but I have yet to whip of a drawing.
My Camtasia trial ran out, so I’m testing CamStudio for this video. It worked pretty well, very simple and it did not crash like Camtasia and Adobe Captivate. I think I screwed up the compression, though, in Adobe Premiere.
